Library
We invite students, scholars, and visitors to explore, reflect, and grow in their pursuit of knowledge. Let this space be a source of enlightenment and connection to our faith and traditions.
Sports & Gym
Students engage in a variety of sports and fitness activities that strengthen the body, develop discipline, and promote teamwork. Our gym and sports facilities provide a space where physical well-being, balance, and a spirit of unity are cultivated in alignment with Islamic values.
Field Trips
We organize educational and recreational field trips, including visits to historical sites, cultural centers, and camping experiences, to extend learning beyond the classroom. These outings foster academic understanding, curiosity, resilience, social skills, and practical knowledge, making lessons interactive and memorable.
After School
Our After-School Maktab program provides a nurturing environment for children to deepen their understanding of Islam. With a focus on Quran recitation, Islamic teachings, and moral development, this program helps instill strong faith and values in young hearts.
Clubs
Our very ownBrooklyn Youth Club hosts Saturday Youth Engagement programs that welcome both Peace Academy students and neighboring students from other schools. These programs include learning activities, sports, collaborative projects, healthy meals, video games, and sometimes outdoor activities in local parks. By bringing students together, these programs foster community bonding, teamwork, leadership, and social skills, while providing opportunities for academic and faith-based growth beyond the classroom.
Rec League
Our Rec League, the school’s in-house sports league, hosts regular matches and tournaments across a variety of sports. These activities help students develop athletic skills, sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership, complementing their academic and personal growth.
Civics & Leadership
Students are encouraged to take an active role in governance and civic participation. Through our Student Government Body, leadership programs, and engagement with local masjids and community organizations like Brooklyn Emerge, students develop leadership skills, community awareness, and civic responsibility, particularly during election time. These experiences complement both their academic knowledge and moral development.
Counseling
At Peace Academy, our students’ well-being is our top priority. We provide holistic counseling services to help students thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually. We want every student to feel safe, supported, and confident in reaching out whenever they need guidance. In addition, we extend our services to any members of the broader community who may need guidance, advice, or support. By providing these resources, Peace Academy serves as a hub for learning, growth, and well-being for anyone seeking a helping hand.
